If you are looking to play at Debonair Music Hall, please email us at [email protected].   We are a destination venue – we are not a bar that people just “hang out” at because we book great music.  

Seating can change from show to show.  Every seat has a great view of the stage including the balcony.  General Admission tickets are standing room unless noted that seating is first-come first-served.  

Reserved seating acts as your reservation.  Purchase a reserved seat online or at our box office.  You can also eat dinner at our bar.

Yes. Our kitchen is open from the time the doors open until at least 10pm.

 

We do!   We have veggie burgers, the Beyond Burger and other options as well.

Most shows are all ages, however we do occasionally have 21+ shows.   Those shows will clearly be marked on the ticketing page.  Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian unless otherwise noted on our event page.

You may buy tickets from our website, or at our box office.  The Debonair Music Hall box office is open at 6pm on show nights.  Tickets can be purchased using a credit card (ticket fees apply) or with cash (no fees).

All ticket sales are final.

Per our terms and conditions:  Refunds on tickets purchased are made for a cancelled event only.  Postponed events with rescheduled dates or a commitment to reschedule is not subject to refunds.   Any Act of God is also not subject to a refund.  Refunds that are approved will happen at venue discretion, usually within 60 days under normal circumstances.   Ticket fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Guest list and will call will be available when doors open.  

There is street and free public parking across the street from Debonair Music Hall.   Please be respectful of our neighbors if you are parking on the street as street parking is in residential areas.

Our photo policy is determined by each artist on the evening of the show. Professional equipment must be approved before the show or you may not be allowed entry with your equipment.

Yes, Please call ahead of time 201-833-0011 to make arrangements for entry and specific wheelchair seating.

The posters for the CURRENT SHOW ONLY can be taken off the walls after the show has ended. Before then, posters are the property of the venue.

We are open on nights we have shows.  Door times can vary so please check the event page.

Debonair Music Hall takes great pride in offering a large selection of craft beer.   Our beer selection changes often so if we don’t have what you normally drink, one of our bartenders will be happy to make suggestions.

We have a wonderful selection of liquor and mixed drinks.   Check out our specials as well!

Yes. Please be aware that on evenings with ticketed events, ticket purchases are necessary for entry. If you do not stay for the show, we will refund your ticket.

Absolutely!  We want you to get home safely so we will gladly call you a cab or help you get an Uber or Lyft.

No, but there is an ATM directly across the street at Chase Bank.

Will call means that you can pick up your tickets at the box office the day of the show.  We keep a list of all ticket buyers at the door so you just need to give your name and show a valid ID to gain entry to a show.
